LumeSage Care can help arrange communication, interpreting and travel within the scope agreed in writing. Qualified clinicians decide on suitability, tests, diagnosis and treatment. For urgent medical help, contact local emergency services.
Before you book
Itineraries are planning examples. A destination listing does not confirm a hospital partnership, appointment, price or outcome. Before paying, ask the facility to confirm acceptance and appointments in writing. Request an itemized estimate, currency, payee, cancellation and refund terms, and disclosure of any commercial relationship.
Travel and follow-up
Check entry rules with the authorities and coverage with your insurer. Discuss fitness to travel and follow-up with your clinician. Our team can help request documents or interpreting within the agreed scope.
Service conditions
Submitting an inquiry creates no booking or payment obligation. Any paid coordination service requires a separate written agreement identifying the provider, scope, fees and currency, payment recipient, dates and cancellation or refund conditions. Medical, interpreting, transport and accommodation responsibilities must be identified separately. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, are not waived by these website conditions. Complaints about our coordination can be sent to lk@langhuiai.com. Medical decisions remain with qualified clinicians; the website and AI planner do not diagnose, prescribe or guarantee acceptance, outcomes, visas or insurance payment.
