What should my quote include?

Coordination and language support: The tasks, hours, language, interpreter arrangements and charges for extra time.
Medical and travel costs: Hospital charges, accommodation and transport listed separately, with the payee and payment schedule.
Changes and handover: What is excluded, cancellation and refund terms, and how reports will be collected or translated.

Who makes the medical decisions?

What happens after my visit?: Before departure, agree how to receive reports, pending results, translations and an itemized invoice. Ask who can help with administrative questions after you return. Your own clinician should confirm how medical findings and follow-up will be reviewed.
