How to read this guide
Hospital and city references describe public information, not a partnership, endorsement, comparative ranking or confirmation that a service is available for you. Ask the named provider to verify the department, campus and current arrangements. AI illustrations show possible situations, not real patients, staff or facilities.
What should my quote include?
- Coordination and language support
- The tasks, hours, language, interpreter arrangements and charges for extra time.
- Medical and travel costs
- Hospital charges, accommodation and transport listed separately, with the payee and payment schedule.
- Changes and handover
- What is excluded, cancellation and refund terms, and how reports will be collected or translated.
Who makes the medical decisions?
LumeSage Care coordinates your visit. The hospital or clinician decides whether to accept the case, which tests or treatment are appropriate, and the medical fees. A request is not an appointment confirmation.
When should I share medical records?
Start with a contact request. If records are needed, first confirm the recipient, purpose, permission and agreed transfer method with your coordinator. Do not send records through this form.

Contact our team ↗Your visit coordination outline
We accept coordination requests in all 17 cities. A coordinator must check staff, language, dates and itemised fees for your request. This outline is not a booking or a medical recommendation.
Next: a coordinator checks your choices, confirms what can be arranged and prepares the scope and fees for your review.
Use these choices in my inquiry ↗Choices stay in this page until you choose to submit them with planning permission. Contact preferences do not reserve a time. AI questions have separate permission.

Published service guide
- What should my quote include?
- Ask for an itemised estimate in CNY separating hospital, coordination, interpreting, accommodation and transport costs. Confirm the payee, exclusions, extra-time charges and cancellation terms. Check planned-care coverage with your insurer before booking.
- How do I choose a city?
- Compare the 17 cities in our directory by travel arrangements, language needs and the receiving provider’s review process. Confirm the exact campus, available service and written estimate before travel. A city page does not establish an appointment or guarantee that a hospital can accept you.
- What happens after my visit?
- Before departure, agree how to receive reports, pending results, translations and an itemised invoice. Ask who can help with administrative questions after you return. Your own clinician should confirm how medical findings and follow-up will be reviewed.
The guide does not diagnose, confirm appointments or issue a quotation. Questions alone do not create a case or send a notification. Your selected question is included only if you submit a contact request.
