Hosting and data handling: this website and its CRM are hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Virginia, United States. Our team in China handles inquiries and receives internal email and DingTalk notifications. The optional AI provider is separate; see the privacy notice before sending information.
Who handles your request
Beijing Langhui Technology Co., Ltd. operates LumeSage Care. Our team in China uses your name, email address, country, preferred language, destination, reason for the visit, requested support and timeframe to respond to you. We also record your request for contact, the page you used and how you reached the site, such as through a search engine. We count page requests by day and public page to see where visitors need help. These counts exclude IP addresses, query strings and visitor identifiers.
How information is handled
The website and CRM process enquiries in the United States and China. Authorised staff and hosting and communications providers may process contact information for coordination, security and delivery. Technical logs may include your IP address and browser. The public form accepts no attachments.
Medical records and the assistant
If a clinician requests records, we first explain who would receive them, why and how to share them separately, and ask for your instructions. When the assistant uses AI, it sends the question you selected, the language and public information from this site to Qianwen AI Platform. It does not send your contact form entries. The planner may send your selected service, city, priority, stay and site language to Qianwen AI Platform. Contact details and medical records stay out of that request.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations. Email the address below to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your request for contact. Use the email address associated with the enquiry.
Language selection
At a general website address, we use an IP country lookup on our server to choose a site version. A browser language preference helps with countries that use several languages. Your manual site choice takes priority and is saved in a cookie for 180 days. A country code is kept for 30 minutes to prefill the editable country field. You can change both the site language and your country of residence. US English is the default when a matching version is unavailable.

Health-related information
Your selected services, visit preferences and the planning pages associated with your inquiry may reveal health-related interests. They come from your choices and website interactions. We use them to understand and respond to your requested coordination. You can leave optional visit preferences undecided. Do not send diagnoses, passports or another person’s medical records through this form.
The website and CRM handle inquiries in the United States and China. Authorised staff receive internal email and DingTalk notifications containing your contact details and request choices. Hosting, QQ Mail delivery and DingTalk service providers process information needed for these functions. The contact form does not send its entries to Qianwen AI Platform or advertising pixels. Any later sharing of medical records with a hospital requires a separate explanation of the recipient, purpose and any required permission.
The website uses a local IP-country database for language routing. The Care notification process does not send your IP address to an external location-enrichment service. Session storage keeps a first landing path and short channel or campaign codes for your inquiry; it is not an advertising audience. Security logs and the CRM can retain technical information including IP addresses. The separate page counter does not contain IP addresses or visitor identifiers.

The website keeps the conversation in this tab while it is open; it is saved in our CRM and sent to authorised staff through email and DingTalk only if you preview it, separately agree to attach it and submit your inquiry. This permission is separate from permission to include planning choices. You can request withdrawal or deletion at lk@langhuiai.com. AI answers may be inaccurate and do not create bookings, quotes or medical advice.
Your choices and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability, restriction, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact lk@langhuiai.com using your inquiry reference; we may need proportionate identity checks. You can complain to the competent privacy or consumer authority. Retention depends on an active inquiry, an agreed service, applicable recordkeeping duties and disputes; ask us which grounds apply to your record. Necessary legally retained records may be excluded from deletion. Website language and IP location do not determine your legal rights.
United Kingdom
Where UK GDPR applies, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Any withdrawal rights for a paid coordination agreement depend on its actual scope and the applicable consumer rules; a medical destination alone does not establish an exemption.
